How to File Your PPM Redemption Claim

Welcome to the Chevy-Buick-GMC-Cadillac Pre-Paid Redemption (PPM) Portal by Amynta. To submit a PPM claim for reimbursement, please enter your customer's information below to locate available services. Then follow the steps indicated to redeem the services and submit your claim. Claims are reimbursed in about 48 hours by fax or email, and paid by check or credit card, depending upon your preferences.

If you are a participating dealer/repair facility, please include your BAC below to ensure the claim is tied to your account.
